Our lead times are usually around 6-8 weeks if your piece is handmade to order, if we have your piece in stock it will ship within 1-2 business days. While we guarantee delivery to your mailing address provided on your order, please note we are not liable for any incorrect addresses that may be input by error at the time your order is placed. Free Resizing/Size Exchange

• Free Resizing: Every customer is entitled to 1 free resizing or size exchange within the first 5 years of purchase. After this period, resizing will incur a fee, starting at $35, depending on the design of the piece.
• Resizing Limitations: In some cases, the design of the jewelry may not allow for resizing. If this is the case, we offer a free size exchange instead within 60 days of you receiving your piece. Once a size exchange is made, the jewelry is no longer eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges, or store credit.
• We do not mark up resizing or repair costs; we simply pass along the direct cost of the service to you.

Yes, most of our pieces can be made in yellow gold, rose gold, or white gold for no additional cost. Please allow 4-8 weeks for your piece to be handcrafted! Kindly write the color of gold you would like in the "order notes" at checkout, or reply to your order confirmation email saying you would like it in another color of gold.

We can also make most of our pieces in Platinum for an additional cost. Kindly reach out for more information if you are interested in a custom Platinum piece!

Absolutely! While our standard necklace lengths is 16" (unless noted otherwise) we are happy to create your necklace in any length you prefer, for an additional $10 per inch. Please note, prices may vary based on the chain style/design and your custom length pieces will be final sale. Yes! We would be happy to add a personalized engraving or inscription to most of our pieces for an additional $15. Our most common request is adding an engraving to the inside of the band of a ring - while we can certainly do this, please note depending on the band width, the inscription can be small.

We offer free shipping worldwide! We ship via DHL, and shipping times are approximately 5-8 business days from the day it is shipped.

Our warranty policy ensures the longevity of your jewelry while maintaining the integrity of our designs. Should you need to make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team, and we will guide you through the process.

Pieces Over $150

We offer a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship. If your piece is found to have a manufacturing defect, we will remedy it at no cost to you.

Pieces Over $5,000

We offer a lifetime warranty which covers defects in materials and craftsmanship, and we will remedy your piece at no cost, as long as the issue is a result of a manufacturing defect.

What Is Covered

• Manufacturing Defects: If your jewelry has a manufacturing defect, it will be repaired or replaced at no cost, provided the piece is still within the warranty period (1 year for pieces over $150, lifetime for pieces over $5,000).
• Repairs: If we find that a repair is necessary due to a manufacturing defect, we will cover the cost of the repair. If the jewelry cannot be adequately repaired, we will replace it at no additional cost.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover damage due to:

• Accidents or Negligence: Including dropped, crushed, or bent jewelry.
• Abnormal Wear: Such as bent bands, broken prongs, or missing stones resulting from a compromised setting.
• Alterations: Any work performed by someone other than Audry Rose will void the warranty.

While we do not cover these types of damage under our warranty, we are happy to assess and repair them for a fee. We will provide a clear estimate after we inspect the piece, and we do not mark up repair costs — you will only pay for the actual cost of repair.

Important Notes

• The warranty is valid only for the original recipient of the jewelry.
• Each repair or replacement request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
• Any work performed on your jewelry by a third party (outside of Audry Rose) automatically voids the warranty.
• Warranty coverage does not extend to any damage caused by improper care or usage.

Yes! We are happy to honor exchanges up to 60 days from receiving your order. Please let us know when you request your return label, and we will give you a store credit so you can begin shopping! We cannot ship your new purchase until your original has been returned to us.
