When will my order ship?

Good things take time!  We work with small independent designers that handcraft each and every piece with love and care.  It is through this labor of love that your Unique-Yet-Timeless jewelry comes into being. If we have your style/size on hand, we can ship it out within one week! Otherwise, it would take about 4-8 weeks to ship as it is being handmade for you. If you'd like more information on pieces (and their lead times) prior to ordering them, please don't hesitate to contact us!

While we guarantee delivery to your mailing address provided on your order, please note we are not liable for any incorrect addresses that may be input by error at the time your order is placed. I want to return my purchase! What do I do?

We offer free 60 day returns from the date of delivery on orders in like-new condition within the U.S. - no questions asked. Kindly email us at hello@audryrosejewelry.com with your order number and we will follow up with you on the next steps to start the process.

**Orders for custom (including custom gold requests) or engraved pieces cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged.**

**Once a ring has been resized or exchanged for a different size, it is no longer eligible for return or exchange.**

What happens if my ring arrives and doesn't fit properly?

No worries, it happens! We will send you a return label and resize the ring for you at no additional cost within 60 days of receiving your order. You can also order a $5 Ring Sizer on our site so you can measure your finger precisely.

If you need any adjusting after the 60 day policy, we are happy to resize it for you for an additional fee of $35. Simply reach out to us and we'll get the process started!

Can the style I want be made in a different color of gold?

Yes, most of our pieces can be made in yellow gold, rose gold, or white gold for no additional cost. Please allow 4-8 weeks for your piece to be handcrafted! Kindly write the color of gold you would like in the "order notes" at checkout, or reply to your order confirmation email saying you would like it in another color of gold.

We can also make most of our pieces in Platinum for an additional cost. Kindly reach out for more information if you are interested in a custom Platinum piece!

Can I request my necklace in a certain length?

Absolutely! While our standard necklace lengths is 16" (unless noted otherwise) we are happy to create your necklace in any length you prefer, for an additional $10 per inch. Please note, prices may vary based on the chain style/design and your custom length pieces will be final sale. Can I add an engraving to my piece?

Yes! We would be happy to add a personalized engraving or inscription to most of our pieces for an additional $15. Our most common request is adding an engraving to the inside of the band of a ring - while we can certainly do this, please note depending on the band width, the inscription can be small.

**All engraved items are final sale and ineligible for return/exchange. Price may be subject to change dependant on length/detail of engraving**

I lost my earring backing! What do I do?

We are happy to send replacement earring backings for $25 per pair. Kindly reach out to us via email at hello@audryrosejewelry.com to get this order started!

How Does Shipping/Returns work outside of the USA

Shipping outside of the USA is a flat rate of $30. We ship via DHL, and shipping times are approximately 5-8 business days. We do not accept international returns, repairs, or resizes. You are responsible for taxes and duties assessed on delivery.  We have no way of estimating what taxes & duties will be, as they vary greatly in each country.  Please contact your local carrier for an accurate estimate.

Warranty and Repairs 

We offer a 2 year warranty on all pieces priced at $150 or more if your stones become loose or pop out and falls within our normal wear and tear policy. Pieces priced at $2,000 or more have a limited lifetime warranty.  We also cover any manufacturing defect. 

Items that fall outside the scope of our wear and tear policy includes misshapened bands, bent or broken prongs, any visible chips on the surface of remaining stones. These defects suggest jewelry that is worn during strenuous activity or impact on a hard surface which does not signify a manufacturing defect.

If the ring has been resized or worked on by another jeweler, we can no longer cover the ring’s repair. We will do our best to restore all damage from pools, or hot tubs, but please do not wear your jewelry in either as your jewelry will be damaged.

Conflict Free

Audry Rose and it's designers use conflict free diamonds! If you have any questions about a particular piece, please email us and we would be happy to provide more information.

Can I exchange my order instead of returning it?

Yes! We are happy to honor exchanges up to 60 days from receiving your order. Please let us know when you request your return label, and we will give you a store credit so you can begin shopping! We cannot ship your new purchase until your original has been returned to us.
