I like the uniqueness of this necklace. It is a little shorter and thinner than I expected from the photos and it easily tangles. Since it cannot be returned I will still wear it. The administrative support was excellent. Good about keeping me informed and prompt shipment when it was ready. Will do more business with Audry Rose.
